What I wish I could wear:
Hello Spring
Pretty little details:
That outfit is adorable and I would wear that in a hot second! Unfortunately the tote bag alone is almost $3,000 and with gas prices going up, it's going to have to wait. But if you can afford it I say do it! Now onto what I really wore....

Polka Dots & Corduroy

 Dress- Thrifted
Jacket- Thrifted
Shoes - Thrifted
Necklace - Icing

I am so excited that spring is here! As you can see in the pictures, I'm not wearing tights. I love that it's warm enough to show a little leg. It's going to be 70 degrees, that's like summer weather for Vermont. If you look closely in the top picture, behind the tree there is still some some snow. I live pretty high up so we lose our snow last. We have a cute little creek running down the hill in our backyard and it sounds so pretty. It's very relaxing.

The outfit I'm wearing is one of my favorites, in fact I can't believe that I haven't taken pictures in it sooner.  My entire outfit was only $5! lol Gotta love thrift stores. I feel like a little girl in a candy shop when I go shopping. I also gave myself an up-do which I hardly ever do. After looking at these pictures (of course I took more than 3) I just kind of giggled to myself. I spend so much time inside because of the weather, I didn't realize how "out in the sticks" we lived. This is going to take me a while to get use to. I'm working really hard on being okay with dirt roads. I'm use to pavement. For example, the picture of me in the half curtsy pose, I almost fell. Wedges and a dirt driveway (or dooryard as Vermonters call them) don't mix. But the camera took the picture just in time. Hopefully I can figure out when the lighting is the best around here. I have to consider this mountain we live on. I took these pictures before noon, but I'm thinking the light might be better later? We'll see. What time of day do you prefer to take pictures?

Anyway, enough rambling :) I hope everyone is having a great week so far!
